DRIVE-THRU LOW-COST SHOT CLINIC (No appointment necessary). We will be hosting this clinic on Sunday, April 13, 2025, 10:00am - 2:00pm behind the Bauxite Post Office located at 101 School Street, Bauxite, AR. DVM Ashley Nguyen & DVM Kelsie Campbell-Barnett will be giving the vaccinations. Dog vaccinations available: Rabies, Annual (distemper, adenovirus, parainfluenza, parvovirus), and Bordetella. Cat vaccinations available: Rabies, Annual (feline rhinotracheitis, calici, panleukopenia, chlamydia psitpaci). $15 per vaccination. CASH ONLY! Cats and dogs welcome, but NO AGGRESSIVE PETS.
LOW-COST SHOTS & DOG HEARTWORM TEST CLINICS. Heartworm tests for dogs are $20 each and heartworm preventative is $25 to $35 (depending on size of dog) for a 6 month box of heartworm preventative for dogs tested that day. Microchipping is also available for $25 which includes lifetime registration. Rabies shots for either dogs or cats are just $15, annual shots for dogs (distemper, adenovirus, parainfluenza, parvovirus) and for cats (feline rhinotracheitis, calici, panleukopenia, chlamydia psitpaci) are available for $15 each, and canine bordatella (kennel cough) shots are available for $15 each. LOW-COST SPAY/NEUTER CLINICS. Limit of 2 surgery appointments per clinic day per person or rescue group unless you come by the shelter and prepay. Animals must weigh between 2-80 pounds. They must also be between 8 weeks - 5 years. No English Bulldogs. Female dog spay is $80, male dog neuter is $70; female cat spay is $60 and male cat neuter is $50. Everyone is welcome at the clinics we host, no income or residency requirements. Shots are also available while your pet is with us for sterilization for a small additional fee. CASH ONLY!!
